South Central Indiana Community Resources (SCICR) respects your privacy. This page explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to type into our contact form: your name, a phone number or email address, the topic you need help with, and your message. We do not collect anything from you just for visiting the site.

How we use it

Contact form messages go to SCICR staff so we can respond to you. That is the only reason we collect them. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone outside SCICR except as described below or as required by law.

Who handles the form

Our contact form is delivered by a form-processing service that passes your message to SCICR staff by email. The service stores submissions only as needed to deliver them to us.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers.

A note about sensitive situations

Please do not include detailed case information, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive details in the contact form. If you are working with one of our programs, call your case manager directly at (812) 723-5378. If you are a young person in crisis, use the 24/7 Safe Place line at (812) 865-5655 — see our Safe Place page.

Your choices

You can always reach us by phone instead of the form. If you want us to delete a message you sent through the site, contact us and we will remove it.

Questions

Contact us at (812) 723-5378 or visit our main office at 196 South Court Street, Paoli, Indiana 47454.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
