Our story

South Central Indiana Community Resources (SCICR) has served the courts, schools, and communities of south-central Indiana in partnership with Orange County since 1976. Recently renewed under the SCICR identity, we have grown to serve multiple counties with a range of programs designed to reduce recidivism, support at-risk youth, and strengthen the communities where our clients live.
